π Automatically launch end of trial period reviews at the best time for each employee
In order to allow you to manage end of trial period or discovery report campaigns for all types of employees, you can now set up different rules to collect feedback at the right time.
Indeed, you are now able to select collaborator groups that you want to add or exclude from the campaign, and decide at what time each group is added to the campaign.
For instance, you can launch an end of trial period review campaign with an addition date set at 60 days after the start date for executives and 30 days for your other employees.
For more details and use cases, you may read this article in our help center.
π Decide if a collaborator should log in via SSO
To give you even more flexibility in your users management, a new field is now available on the collaborators profiles when a SSO is configured on your platform.
It allows you to decide if the collaborator must log in via SSO or if they need to set up a password. This field can be synchronized with your HRIS.
To learn more about SSO, please click on this link.
π Ease the reading of your reviews
In order to ease the reading of your reviews while keeping all the important information accessible to your collaborators, long descriptions are now automatically reduced, with a βShow moreβ button, allowing the users to unfold the text.
πͺπΈ New language available: Spanish
Spanish is now available on your Elevo platform. You can ask the Elevo Support to activate it for you.
β Choose your People Review reviewer
In order to comply with more use cases, you can now choose the reviewer of a People Review: it does not have to be the direct manager anymore.
How does it work? The participants addition CSV file has been reviewed, as you can see in the documentation (Setup of a People Review Campaign). You can provide it to the Elevo Support so that they can add these participants with the right reviewer or even modify the reviewer in an ongoing campaign.
The reviewerβs data are also part of the People Review export.
π Donβt lose any data when there is a change in the reviewers
In order to avoid any data loss when an additional reviewer becomes the main reviewer of a review, roles are now swapped: for each change of review responsible, if the new responsible was the additional reviewer, roles are swapped and answers are kept.
πEasy access to your past interviews
In order to ease the user experience, we have added a new button on the My reviews and My 360 feedback:
This allows the users to easily access the full reviews list in their profile.

π A review can now be hidden from the employee
In order to allow new use cases related to reviews, it is now possible to make the review not visible to the employee.
From the campaign creation, it is now possible to uncheck "The review will be visible by the employee". If unchecked, the employee will not have access to the review on Elevo and will not receive any email related to this campaign.

π― Objectives follow-up
In order to track your team members' objectives, monitor KPIs and ensure process compliance among all your collaborators, you now have a dedicated page hosting an objectives dashboard.
You can view this dashboard by clicking on the "Follow-up" tab in the Objectives section.

π See at a glance if an additional reviewer is assigned to my review
To improve employees' understanding of the review process, they can now see whether an additional reviewer has been assigned to their review, as well as the progress of the review.
