Whenever a time period begins, you will receive an e-mail with a direct link to Elevo's eNPS page.

You can also directly access this page from the eNPS tab on the home page, via the sidebar menu.

This is what you'll see on the survey page where you will submit your answer. It includes:

• an introductory message outlining the objectives of the eNPS,
• an indicator with the number of remaining days before completion,
• the question and its choice of answers,
• a comment field.

💡 Please note that your answer is anonymous.

🧐 How can I change my eNPS rating?

As long as the time period remains ongoing (check the number of days left), you can edit both your rating and your comment simply by clicking on it. Then click on "Resend".

Once the time period has ended, the page is no longer accessible and your rating cannot be edited.
