This article is intended for administrators.
When Skills & Career is deployed, it is possible to import your skills matrices in bulk, along with the assignment of employees to the corresponding matrix.
📩 Importing skills matrices
This import allows you to import skills matrices previously defined within Elevo.
- Download the file template in the desired format: Excel, Google Sheets et CSV,
- Fill in the columns according to the conditions described in the table below,
- Send one file per matrix in csv or Excel format to Support (support@elevo.io) for import. We will confirm that the import has been carried out correctly or, if necessary, confirm any errors found.
- Indicate whether you want the matrices to be published or not. By default, they will not be published.

🔀 Assigning employees to the appropriate matrixes
This import allows you to define which skills matrix should be assigned to each employee.
- Download the file template in the desired format: Excel, Google Sheets et CSV,
- Fill in the columns according to the conditions described in the table below,
- Send the file to Support (support@elevo.io) for import. We will confirm that the file has been successfully imported, or if any errors have been detected.
