🙋🏻♂️ Questions
➡️ Why don't we talk about career paths?
The career path can also be seen as a person's career project, which will require several stages or tasks. The career path does not always concern a single profession. It can also refer to the reconversion of an employee from one profession to another, which is why we have avoided this term in order to avoid confusion.
➡️ Is there a difference between a skills matrix and a job description?
Yes, the job description is based on the skill matrix and is a more synthetic version of it. However, it is still possible to materialize it on Elevo by making a skills matrix with a single level and associated skills.
