This article is intended for administrators.
Analysis of skills-related data is available in the campaign follow-up section, where they are assessed. This provides a more global view of a given matrix and its associated levels.

👀 Who has access to the Skills analysis tab?
The tab is accessible in the same way as for the other analyses available on a 1:1 review campaign. Admins and reviewers (main or additional) have access to it.
The path to follow is :
- for an admin: Reviews > Campaigns > Campaign concerned > Skills,
- for a reviewer : Reviews > "My Reports" or "Other reviews" > Follow-up > Skills.
🧐 How does the Skills analysis graph work?
By default, no value is displayed on the "Skills" tab.
To start the analysis and see how many employees are involved, it is necessary to :
- select a matrix,
- then add a level to filter the results (optional). You can click on the grey cross next to the level if you wish to return to the overall matrix analysis.
💡 Please note that it's also possible to use the usual filters available on Elevo to take results a step further.
By clicking on a cell, you can display the employees who have been assessed on this expectation for the skill and level selected (if the latter has been specified).
On what assessment are the results based?
The results are based on the main reviewer's assessment. This is because the main reviewer receives feedback from the additional reviewer beforehand, and can therefore take note of it in his or her own assessment.
If the main reviewer has indicated that he/she is unable to rate the skill in question, then a ℹ️ icon will appear next to the skill label in the graph.
Move your cursor over the ℹ️ icon to see the number of employees concerned.
What do the colors mean?
Colors allow you to quickly identify the distribution of employees across the answer choices. The darker the box, the more employees it contains.
We use five colors: white is used to represent boxes without any employees, and the 4 shades of blue are adjusted on the graph to show differences in density at a glance.
💡 Please note that the percentages are rounded to the nearest whole number.
📩 How do I export Skills data?
Skills assessment data are included in the campaign export.
Skills domains do not appear in the analysis tab of the Skills product, but are present in the export.
