Some key actions in the deployment of Elevo go through our Support in order to minimize what is done manually on your side.
You will find below the deadlines communicated by type of action.

Imports
π― Users import
Processing time on receipt of elements: 3 working days
Steps required to complete the import :
- View related documentation : Add, import or update users
- Send the import template available in the documentation to our Support (support@elevo.io), completed with your information + following the format indicated for each column.

Processing time on receipt of elements: 3 working days
Steps required to complete the import :
- View related documentation : Import objectives to Elevo launch
- Send the import template available in the documentation to our Support (support@elevo.io), completed with your information + following the format indicated for each column.
π Past reviews import
Processing time on receipt of elements: 6 working days (3 working days to set up SFTP + 3 working days after submission of elements)
Steps required to complete the import :
1. SFTP creation :
- View related documentation: Importing reviews to Elevo deployment
- indicate a technical contact,
- specify the address or range of IP addresses you will use to connect to our gateway,
transmit an SSH public key that you will use to connect.
2. File deposit
- Upload on the SFTP the import template available in the documentation to our Support (support@elevo.io), completed with your information + following the format indicated for each column.
- Optional: upload associated PDF files.

Processing time on receipt of elements: 3 working days
Steps required to complete the import :
- View related documentation: Uploading your past training history in Elevo during the deployment phase
- Send the import template available in the documentation to our Support (support@elevo.io), completed with your information + following the format indicated for each column.
Set-up
π SSO implementation
Processing time on receipt of elements: 2 working days
Steps required to set up SSO :
- View related documentation: (Enable SSO (single sign-on) / Enable SSO with Google Workspace / Enable SSO with Microsoft Azure Active Directory / Enable SSO with Microsoft Active Directory On-Premise)
- Configure SSO with transmitted metadata,
- Send the generated XML file to Support (support@elevo.io).

Processing time on receipt of elements: 7 to 14 working days
Steps required to set up the API :
- View related documentation:
- Send the API key (+ subdomain or any other information indicated in the associated documentation) to Support (support@elevo.io).

Processing time on receipt of elements: 7 to 14 working days upon receipt of API credentials (step 6).

ADP contact procedure
- Contact your CS or Elevo Support,
- From your ADP (Siebel) eService interface β https://serviceportal.adp.com. Create a new Service Request (SR).
- Subject: ADP Marketplace: Elevo connector for Decidium activation
- Message: "Hello, We would like to activate the ADP Marketplace product to add the "Elevo connector for Decidium" application. Can you please forward this request to "Marketplace Client Support team". Best
- Once you have completed these steps, ADP should send you a signed Consent Form to return to them,
- They will then send us the API token (credentials), which is the key to the connection,
- Our Support team will then carry out a synchronization test and provide you with a test report.
