📤 How to export the results of a survey campaign?
The button to export data appears as soon as you first launch a campaign. Before that, it will be hidden.
This export contains two sheets:
- The first one contains the data related to the completion of the survey,
- The second one contains the detailed results with a line per participant. If the export is not anonymous, the user's data can be found:
- First name and last name
- User status
- Job title
- Level
- Hiring date
- Region
- Department
- Service
- Team
- Entity (if MLA is enabled)
- Custom fields (if any)
Special cases
- If MLA is enabled on my space: the data showing in the export will be restricted to the population the administrator has access to.
- If the survey is anonymous, all data that can facilitate the identification of the participant will be masked. Only the following data will be visible: Level, Region, Department, Service and Team. If MLA is enabled, the entity field will also be visible. For each of these columns, if there are less than 3 participants for a single instance, the name of the instance is replaced by "Other". Example: if I have 2 participants in the "Delivery" team, then we will replace "Delivery" with "Other"
⏰ How to send reminders to participants?
Administrators will be able to send reminders on all ongoing campaigns. Entity administrators will be able to send reminders only on campaigns they have launched.
Reminders are sent to any participant who has not yet shared their answers.
📦 How do I archive a survey campaign?
Campaign archiving is available :
From the campaign list
To archive the campaign, click on the menu at the end of the line, then “Archive campaign”.
From the campaign management interface
To archive the campaign, click “Other actions” then “Archive campaign”.
