This article is intended for administrators.
Once a survey campaign is launched, as an admin you will have access to the monitoring and analysis interface.
👁️ Who has access to the analytics of a survey campaign?
Admins have access to analytics for all campaigns. In case an MLA is set, entity admins only have access to campaign analytics in these cases:
- If they created the campaign.
- If at least one survey participant is part of the entity they are administering.
💡 Note: They will only see data of users they have access to.
📸 Overview
The overview provides a snapshot of the campaign's progress and key findings.
Filters
The usual filters are available on the general view and on the detailed view in order to provide a specific view dedicated to a team, your direct reports, a department, etc.
⚠️ Attention: For anonymous campaigns, a minimum of 3 participants matching the filter are required for results to be displayed.
Periods
For recurring campaigns, it is possible to select the period to analyze. Entity admins will only see periods when at least one of the employees is part of the entity they manage.
Completion
The completion level tells you how far you have come in the campaign. For more details, here are some definitions to help you better understand these numbers:
- Participants: Users included in the survey.
- Submitted: Participants who submitted their responses.
- In progress: Participants who have started responding but have not yet submitted their responses.
- Not started: Participants who have not started responding.
💡 Note: Using filters will update the completion value accordingly.
Overview of questions
Here you will find a list of the questions that make up the survey. For each question, you will find:
- The title of the question.
- The corresponding KPI (see the second part of this article and the detailed view for more information).
- The number of responses to this question.
- The number of comments to this question, if enabled.
🔎 Detailed view
The user and period filters are similar to those in the general view.
- Analysis of eNPS type questions
- Analysis of scale type questions
- Analysis of text type questions
- Analysis of single choice and multiple choice questions
💡 Note: If a question does not appear in a period, that period will not be available in the drop-down menu.
Analysis of eNPS type questions
Several items are displayed here:
- The eNPS score.
- A graph showing the distribution of responses in %.
- The completion (to come).
For more information on eNPS and how it is calculated, see: General Information About eNPS
You will then see a graph showing the evolution of eNPS scores over the periods (up to 12 periods shown).
You will then find the various comments left by the respondents. You can filter here and only display comments based on their status: promoters, passives or detractors.
Analysis of scale type questions
Several items are displayed here:
- The average score.
- A graph showing the distribution of responses in %.
- The completion (to come).
The scale question can vary depending on the number of responses that were determined (this can range from 1 to 3 responses to 1 to 10 responses).
💡 Note: We use a maximum of 5 colors for readability. For scales having for example 10 responses, the same color will therefore be used twice.
You will then see a graph showing the evolution of the average score over the periods (up to 12 periods shown).
You will then find the various comments left by the respondents.
Analysis of text type questions
Several items are displayed here:
- The average sentiment (based on artificial intelligence).
- A graph showing the distribution of responses in %.
- The completion (to come).
What is sentiment analysis?
💡 Note: Sentiment analysis can be enabled when setting up the question. It can be disabled upon request to our Support (support@elevo.io). It can not be activated after the launch.
We use an external service called Mistral. This is a French AI model. The data sent to Mistral for analysis will not be stored, but will only be used to send us back the corresponding feeling.
This sub-model is specifically trained to categorize text based on sentiment. It sets a non-visible score that then allows you to determine whether this comment has no sentiment, is negative, neutral or positive.
Responses
The responses are displayed in two columns: the response and the sentiment analysis associated with the response. It is possible to filter between no feelings expressed, positive, neutral and negative in order to prioritize certain responses.
Analysis of single choice and multiple choice questions
Several items are displayed here:
- The most selected response.
- A graph showing the distribution of responses in %.
- The completion (to come).
💡 Note: If the question has more than 4 answer choices, we will show the first 4 and then suggest that you click "show more" to see the others. The graph shows the responses in order of selection, from most selected to least selected.
Below are the details of the responses and their comments.
