1️⃣ Collecting answers
You submit your answers as a participant and all answers are transmitted securely to our server.
2️⃣ Analysis of your answers
No personally identifiable data (such as name, e-mail address, IP address, etc.) is included in the response overviews in the analyses.
In addition, only information essential to the analysis is extracted and displayed in the preview.
3️⃣ Participant identity protection
Analysis data and data exports do not contain any information relating to the identity of participants.
Responses are processed in such a way as to ensure that even members of your HR team administering Elevo cannot trace responses back to individual participants.
4️⃣ Masking sensitive data
- If a filter is used to fine-tune the analysis and it is shared by fewer than three people, the data will not be displayed.
- This attribute (the filter) is masked to prevent any possibility of identifying participants by cross-checking data.
Case study
Suppose a survey includes employees from a team, and there are only two people in the team. To protect anonymity :
- Responses will not be displayed in this team's results.
- Instead, these responses will be grouped under a general category or hidden, ensuring that the identity of these participants remains protected.
⚠️ Warning: Anonymity is guaranteed for more than 3 participants, regardless of whether or not they responded. For example: if you launch a survey with several participants, including 3 participants from the same department, and only 2 of these 3 participants complete the survey, the reading on the Department filter will be available in the export.
💡 Conclusion
Thanks to these measures, we can guarantee our customers that surveys are truly anonymous, and that participants can respond with confidence in the knowledge that their identity and individual responses are rigorously protected. Our priority is to maintain the confidentiality and data security of all survey participants.
