It is now possible to manage a training catalog directly on Elevo. This enriches the content available during reviews conducted on Elevo and thus facilitates the adoption and adherence to the tool.
The main objectives of the catalog are:
- Display the training offered by the company to employees.
- Structure training requests by providing a single entry point,
- Provide as much information as possible about each training course to help employees make the right choice.
- Saving time for HR teams by making the processing of training requests more fluid and organized.
π‘ Note: This catalog is visible by all users.
π Where to find the training catalog?
Click on Training in the side menu then Training Catalog. It is then possible to browse the catalog freely or to search by keyword.
Several elements will be visible at first glance:
- The name of the training,
- The name of the organization providing the training,
- Its logo,
- The cost per participant,
- The number of associated hours.
By clicking on the training, new details will appear such as:
- the content and objectives of the training,
- whether it is certified or not,
- the available language or languages,
- the format,
- the location.
β How to create a training request from the catalog?
π‘ Note : The creation of requests is possible for administrators and managers by default. It may have also been made possible in some cases for employees. To change this setting, contact Support (support@elevo.io).
To create a training request directly from the catalog, click on the training in question and then on "Request this training" at the top right of the screen.
The form will thus be pre-filled with the details of the training in question. You can also search for a training directly on the form by clicking the catalog option.
π€΄π½ How to modify the catalog?
Only users with global admin rights or training admin rights can modify the items in the catalog.
The addition of training sessions/organisms can be done:
- Through an import: Import a training catalog
- Manually in the application. To do this, click on Training in the side menu, then Catalog Management.
ποΈ Manage training organizations
Add a training organization
In the "Training organizations" tab, click on "Add a training organization" then complete the elements below and save by clicking on "Create".
- Name (required),
- Website,
- Contact name,
- Contact email.
Change a training organization
In the "Training organizations" tab, click on the training provider you wish to modify and then make the necessary changes before saving by clicking on "Update".

Add a training
In the "Training courses" tab, click on "Add a training course" then complete the elements below and save by clicking on "Create".
- The name of the training (mandatory),
- The name of the organization providing the training (mandatory),
- The available language(s) (mandatory),
- the content and objectives of the training,
- The type, place and format,
- The number of days and hours associated,
- The number of seats available at a minimum and maximum
- The cost per participant or per session,
- whether it is certified or not,
- the validity period of the training.
Change a training
In the "Training courses" tab, click on the title of the training you wish to modify and then make the necessary changes before saving by clicking on "Update".
Publish or hide a training session
Select the relevant training and the desired action:
- Publish β‘οΈ The training will be visible in the catalog by all users.

Hide β‘οΈ The training will not be visible in the catalog. Only users with global admin right or training admin right will be able to view it in the catalog management tab and publish it if necessary.
