To learn more about roles in general, we invite you to review the relevant documentation: Managing administrator rights: roles and permissions.
🧠 What do these rights consist of?
In order to delegate the management of a specific campaign, it is now possible to assign a "Campaign Administrator" management right to an employee who does not have admin rights.
Thus, the selected users will see the content of the people reviews of all users of the campaign.
💡 Note: If an MLA is in place (admin rights restricted by organizations), the administrator will be able to see all users and will not be limited to a single organization.
📍Who can assign these rights?
Only users with the global administrator role can assign this right to another user.
Roles assigned to users in the campaign will apply only to that campaign, and the campaign must be launched.
👩🏼🌾 How to assign these rights?
In order to assign an administrator role on a campaign, a user with a global administrator role must follow these steps:
- Access the relevant campaign from People Review > Campaigns > Relevant Campaign,
- Click on "Other Actions" in the top right corner;
- Click on "Grant admin permissions on the campaign";
- Select the user(s) concerned,
The selected user(s) will receive a notification informing them of the assignment of management rights for that campaign.
👀 How to view and change the roles assigned to administrators in a campaign?
- Access the relevant campaign from People Review > Campaigns > Relevant Campaign,
- Click on "Other Actions" in the top right corner;
- Click on "Grant admin permissions on the campaign" to view all users who have rights in that campaign;
- Here you can revoke a right by clicking on the trash can icon 🗑️ at the end of the line.
