π§ Rights and permissions associated with the People Review
There are 4 levels of access to the People Review product:
- The cross-functional role of "Global Administrator" has access to all products and actions (detailed here),
- The "People Review Administrator" role,
- The "People Review Responsible" role,
- The permission associated with a specific campaign: "People Review Campaign Administrator".
π What does each of these rights allow?
For more details on the role of Global Administrator, we recommend the article dedicated to roles: Managing administrator rights: roles and permissions.

People Review Administrator
The People Review Administrator has access to all People Reviews campaigns, their content and associated actions (like a Global Administrator).
However, he cannot view his own People Review.
π‘ Note: If an People Review Administrator or People Review Responsible needs to have access to their own people review, a global admin or another People Review Administrator or People Review Responsible will have to grant them Administrator rights for the campaign in question.
People Review Responsible
The People Review Responsible has access to all People Reviews campaigns, but cannot see their content and therefore cannot access or export the results.
Unlike the People Review Administrator, he also cannot access the dimensions in order to modify them and does not have access to the actions and action plans associated with them.
People Review Campaign Administrator
In order to delegate the management of a specific campaign, it is possible to assign a "Campaign Administrator" management right to a user who does not have admin rights. We are talking about a permission here because this right is restricted to a particular campaign.
Thus, the selected users will see the content of the people reviews of all the users of the campaign, including themselves.
π‘ Note: If an MLA is in place (admin rights restricted by entities), then the administrator of a campaign will see all users and will not be restricted to one entity.
