The "Conversations" feature allows administrators to ask you for more details about a comment left as part of a survey.
👻 Is it anonymous?
A conversation can be initiated when you participate in an anonymous or non-anonymous survey where a comment has been left.
- If the survey is anonymous, the conversation will also be anonymous in its entirety,
- If the survey is not anonymous, your name is associated with the comment and will appear in the discussion.
💡 Note: Direct or indirect managers do not have access to your anonymous or non-anonymous conversations with HR admins.
💡 How am I notified that a conversation is initiated?
As an employee, a notification will be sent to me when an admin initiates a conversation from a response left to a text question or comment. I just need to click on "View the message" to access it.
I can also access ongoing conversations from the "My Conversations" tab in the Surveys side menu.
