⚙️ How to configure the post-training feedback?
Necessary rights
Only users with global administrator rights or training administrator rights can manage post-training feedback. For more information on rights: Managing administrator rights: roles and permissions.
Implementation
The post-training feedback is based on the end date and time of a session as well as its status. If the end date or time is not filled in, an error message will indicate that the feedback cannot be requested.
The post-training feedback is sent only when both of the conditions below are met:
- The session is in the validated plan.
- The session does not have the statuses "Cancelled" or "Rescheduled".
💡 Note: By default, the post-training feedback is automatically enabled for new sessions.
Who receives the post-training feedback?
All participants in the training session who have an email address provided in their Elevo profile.
💡 Note: Participants without an email address will not be able to complete the post-training feedback, as it is not directly accessible on Elevo.
Completion
Completion must be done within 7 days after the date and time of the end of the training session. After this date, completion is blocked.
Participants will receive a link allowing them to complete the evaluation.
Reminders
In order to increase the completion of the evaluation, users with admin rights can manually send reminders from the evaluation in question.
To do this, click on Other actions > Send a reminder.

🎛️ Activate or deactivate a post-training feedback
It is possible to activate or deactivate the post-training feedback.
Depending on the use case, there are some specificities:
- The session has passed ➡️ It will be possible to activate the post-training feedback but it will not be sent to the participants of the session because the session has passed.
- Before sending the feedback to the participants ➡️ It is possible to deactivate the feedback for all participants.
- After sending the feedback to the participants ➡️ It is not possible to deactivate the feedback.
- If the end date of the training is modified before sending the feedback to the participants ➡️ The sending date of the feedback will indeed be updated.
- If the end date of the training is modified after sending the feedback to the participants ➡️ The sending date of the feedback is locked and cannot be changed.
💡 Note: If the MLA is activated in your organization, it should be noted that users with Global Admin or Training rights will be able to enable/disable the post-training feedback for all sessions. Entity admins will only be able to do this for the sessions they have access to (those created by themselves or another admin with rights on that entity).
⚠️ Some special cases
Sessions not linked to a training in the catalog.
- The post-training feedback can be activated but will not be visible in the catalog.
- If the session is then linked to a training from the catalog ➡️ the feedback will be linked to the training.
- If the session is detached from a training from the catalog after the completion of the feedback ➡️ the feedback will be detached from the training.
