📖 Vocabulary of a compensation band
Below you will find an illustration with the legend of the different elements constituting a compensation band.

🗺️ How to visualize the compensation bands?
The compensation bands for your direct and indirect reports are accessible from their profiles (How I can access my team members' past reviews and other informations?) in the "Professional background" tab and the "Compensation band" section, which includes:
- The name of the band with the associated level (clickable if the band is published)
- The minimum and maximum fixed salary of the band if it has been defined.
- The date of the last modification of the band.
The data for minimum and maximum fixed compensation are calculated based on the ratio of working time. For example, if an employee is part-time (work time ratio of 50%), the values displayed in the band will be adjusted with a ratio of 0.5.
In order to maintain readability, only the fixed remuneration is displayed in this block. If the band is published, it will be possible to click on its name in order to view it in its entirety, including the remuneration by type and by levels.
👀 Who has access to a compensation band?
Access to this band depends on the user's role. Only authorized users can access it, and each user can only view the data to which they are entitled, which includes:
- the HR administrators (can modify the bands)
- Direct and indirect managers can view the bands of their direct and indirect reports.
- the employee.
📝 How to modify an employee's band?
Please contact your HR team : only administrators can handle changes to the assignment of compensation bands.
