Two languages can be configured on Elevo: the platform language and the content language. Discover in this article what differentiates them and how to configure and update them to make your platform multilingual.

๐ฃ๏ธ Difference between the platform language and the content language
The platform language allows you to set the language of the Elevo tool itself (names of products, menu, different tabs, etc.). 6 platform languages are available and must be activated through our Support (support@elevo.fr).

The language of the content allows you to define the language in which your 1:1 reviews and 360 feedback templates will be displayed. All languages are available, they must also be activated through our Support (support@elevo.fr).

๐ก Note: An employee can choose English as the language of their platform, and Swedish as the language of their content. If a review template has been properly drafted in Swedish, then that language will be offered at the time of the review. If no template in Swedish has been prepared, the default language will be offered to them.

For one employee

For multiple employees
If you need to change the language of multiple employees at the same time, this can be done in bulk by importing an Excel/CSV file.
