The Decisions feature allows HR teams and line managers to record the concrete decisions made during a People Review. This ensures transparency, consistency, and a clear history of key decisions such as promotions, development opportunities, or internal mobility.

To create or modify the decisions suggested by Elevo (see below) or custom decisions, go to the tag management page and follow the related documentation: Tag management.

⚙️ Add the decisions block to a People Review
The Decisions block will be positioned before the block dedicated to Action Plans (Create and track actions identified for employees in the actions plans). Its position is not modifiable.
However, it is possible to modify its title and description upon your request.
📝 Complete the decisions.
This block operates on multiple choice: one or more decisions may be selected by the person in charge of the People Review before changing the status to "Completed".
The HR team will then be able to adjust the decisions before changing the status to "Validated".
💡 Note: Completing this block is optional and does not prevent the status of the evaluation from being changed to "completed".
👁️ Follow the decisions.
To facilitate the HR perspective on decisions, the overall view incorporates a filter by decisions.
This ensures fairness, consistency, and alignment with organizational priorities.
The decisions are included in the data export of the People Review campaign.
