The Decisions feature allows HR teams and line managers to record the concrete decisions made during a People Review. This ensures transparency, consistency, and a clear history of key decisions such as promotions, development opportunities, or internal mobility.

This block operates on multiple choice: one or more decisions may be selected by the person in charge of the People Review before changing the status to "Completed".
The HR team will then be able to adjust the decisions before changing the status to "Validated".
💡 Note: Completing this block is optional and does not prevent the status of the evaluation from being changed to "completed".
