The first time you log in to Elevo you must be invited.
Most users on Elevo have a work email address and log in through that. In some cases, employees may not have an email address (e.g., field staff), so we've developed a feature to accommodate this need.
There are therefore several ways to make your first connection, click on the one that corresponds to your case:

📥 Employee with an email address
There are two ways to be invited by email to join the Elevo platform:
Invite as a participant and/or evaluator in a review cycle ⬇️
Most collaborators are invited to Elevo once they are added to a campaign (e.g. 1:1 Interview or 360 Feedback). You will then receive the notification below.
Manual invited by a HR team member ⬇️
Your HR team may also decide to invite you to join Elevo outside of a campaign. You will receive the notification below.
Once one of these two actions is completed, you will receive an email allowing you to log in to Elevo for the first time.
By clicking on the link, you can set your password and access your profile. If you would like to know more about the rules for defining passwords, we invite you to follow this link.
⚠️ Warning : If SSO has been enabled for your space, you will not have to set a password. You will be redirected to your usual internal connection.
💡 Note: Please make sure you use the email address provided in your Elevo profile to log in.
📮 Employee who does not have an email address
An Admin (member of your HR team) will be responsible for sending you your username and an access code + the link to the page to create a password to secure your profile.
Once your password is created, you will be able to log in to Elevo with your username + password. The access code will only be used if you need to reset your password.
This access code is only valid for 3 months, after this time we invite you to contact your HR team who can provide you with a new one (Reset login password).
⚠️ Warning: If SSO has been activated for your space, you will not receive an access code and will not have to set a password. You will be redirected to your usual internal login by using your username. Your HR team will specify this if this is the case.
🔗 How do you disconnect?
Logging out is very easy! Just click on the Profile at the bottom left of the screen and then "Sign out".
