We aim to assist you as you discover Elevo as an Admin. To simplify your navigation, please use the sidebar on the left of your screen which contains several drop-down menus. For each one, a full description is available in this article.
π‘ Note: Elevo has a responsive design, which means the interface adapts to your screen size so you can log in on computer, tablet or cell phone. No need to download an app, everything is done on the link https://app.elevo.fr/.
ππΌ Home Page
This is the first page you see when you log in to Elevo! It can be customized to your image to make it easier for users to take over of this space.
You can come back at any time by clicking on your organization's logo at the top left of the screen.
π Reviews
The "Reviews" menu contains five tabs:
- "My reviews": your reviews as a reviewee,
- "My team": your reviews as a reviewing manager if you are in charge,
- "Other reviews" (only displayed if relevant): your reviews as a reviewer having no subordinational link with the reviewee (if you conduct a review in the event of absence, departure, change etc.),
- "Campaigns": for setting options and launching a 1:1 campaign,
- "Templates": for creating and editing a 1:1 campaign template.
My reviews
All the ongoing review campaigns to which you have been invited are listed here. A notification bubble will inform you of the number of reviews in progress and will allow you to visually identify all actions to be performed.
When you are ready to begin, click on "Start/continue self-assessment" or "View self-assessment" if you have already shared your answers with your reviewer and wish to consult them.
If the campaign's option has been activated, you will also be able to sign your review directly via this interface. This will only be possible if the reviewer has equally shared his answers.

My team
All the reviews that you will be conducting as a manager are displayed here. As a reviewer, all reviews to be conducted will follow the same process as for an employee (learn more about reviews as a manager).

Other reviews
This section contains reviews that you are required to conduct as a reviewer, but that do not involve your team members (e.g., if you have been delegated to manage a review or if you are responsible for all the reviews within a campaign).
Campaigns and Templates
The following pages will help you to manage your campaign, from template edition to monitoring completion rates for any ongoing campaign. This Help Center contains entries that will enable you to better understand all related interfaces.

π₯ 360 Feedback
Click on "360 Feedback" on the sidebar to access the drop down menu for ongoing feedback campaigns.
π‘ Note : Feedback 360 will only be available if your company has subscribed to this product.
The 360 Feedback menu features five tabs:
- "My 360 Feedback": feedback about you as a reviewee,
- "My team": current feedback about your team members for campaigns where the direct manager is in charge,
- "Delegations" : ongoing feedback for which you are responsible, for employees who are not part of your team,
- "Requests": feedback in which you participate as a co-employee,
- "Campaigns": for configuring and launching a 360 Feedback campaign,
- "Templates": for creating and editing a Feedback 360 campaign template.
As with reviews, a notification bubble will display the number of ongoing feedbacks or feedback requests.
π€ My 360 Feedback
Several actions can be performed via this interface:
- Select your peer(s) if your HR team has selected this option,
- Change your peer(s) if your HR team has selected this option,
- Perform your self-assessment if required in the campaign,
- Plan a meeting to discuss the results.
My team
Access 360 Feedback about members of your team when you act as manager.

π£ Requests
Several actions can be performed via this interface:
- Begin an employee's review,
- Share the review with the campaign manager.
After you have shared your comments, you can access your feedback as a peer directly from your profile.

π― Objectives
To access your personal objectives, click on the "Objectives" menu in the sidebar and then on the "Personal" tab in the drop-down menu.
Launching a new campaign with defined objectives will open a new period of time. You can then navigate from one period to another and access your detailed objectives, the average completion and the reviews that helped define and evaluate these objectives.
You can also add new objectives for the current period or modify the ones established during your last review.
If you are a manager and that the option is activated, a "Team" tab is available in the "Objectives" drop-down menu.

To access and issue personal or employee training requests, click on "Training" in the sidebar.
π‘ Note : Training will only be available if your company has subscribed to this option.
The "Training" menu contains three tabs:
- "My requests": training requests regarding you as an employee,
- "Create request": allows you to issue a request for one or more employees,
- "Training plan": for managing training requests.
My requests
You can access the subject of a request for yourself, the start and end dates of a session, the number of hours and its status.

As an Admin you can create training requests for any employee. To learn more, please read the following article.
Training plan
This section will enable you to create, view and manage training requests and their allocated budget. To learn more, please read the following article.
π§ People Review
π‘ Note: The People Review product will only appear if your company has subscribed to this feature.
The People Review 2.0 by Elevo is an innovative tool that by relying on several dimensions such as performance or impact, allows you to build the company's HR strategy while reconciling it with the wishes of employees.
As an Admin, you will be able to receive the completed evaluations and challenge the positioning of employees done by he managers so that there is an harmonization within the company. You will benefit from the history of previous People Reviews, past interviews, feedbacks received and training requests made in order to have the maximum context.

This tab allows you to manage your user database: add/remove a user, consult employee profiles, modify fields if necessary or export any information relating to users.

π€ Profile
To access your profile, click on your first and last name at the bottom left of the screen. As an Admin, you can edit your personal information, whereas employees and managers cannot do so.
It contains:
- your personal information (editable only by your HR team),
- your past or ongoing reviews,
- your past or ongoing Feedbacks 360 (if Feedback 360 product is activated),
- your personal objectives,
- shared feedback as a co-employee (if Feedback 360 product is activated),
- your training requests (if Training product is activated).
β οΈ Warning : Note that the fields will be editable only if you are not synchronized with your HRIS.
π§ "Help" button
The Help button, lastly, is available at the bottom right of your page.
It contains suggested articles from the Help Center that may be relevant to your problems, and you can also search for articles using keywords.
