π How to easily navigate on the interface as an Admin
Elevo has been designed for simple and intuitive navigation. If you have not already done so, we invite you to start by reading this article about the navigation then customize your space to facilitate its adoption by your users.
π©π½ Add users
Users are listed under "Directory" at the bottom of the sidebar.
There are 3 ways to add and synchronize users:
- Via an Excel / CSV file,
- Automatically, by connecting to your HRIS,
- Manually, simply click on +Add a user and complete the requested information.
You can also manage users: modify information (e.g., change manager), suspend employee access, consult ongoing or past reviews...
β οΈ Warning: Anyone added to Elevo will only be invited to enter the interface when involved in a campaign.
π Create your review template
A framework of questions is already integrated into Elevo.
However, you can also create and customize templates by going to Reviews or 360 Feedback > Templates.
Two options are available:
- Starting from a blank page: click on +Add a template and choose whether it is a 1:1 format or a 360 Feedback,
- Beginning with an existing template: click on Make a copy at the right of the desired template.
To create a 1:1 review template (between employee and manager or between employee and HR) or a template for assessing and defining objectives:
- Choose a title for the template,
- Activate or not any options in the box on the right (evaluate objectives, enable signature),
- Create your framework by adding "sections" for a title or questions. You can personalize your message using the text editor and the insertion of variables feature.
- Define the type of answers expected by activating or not the reviewee's and reviewer's responses.
Steps for creating a 360 Feedback campaign template are quite similar:
- Choose a title for the template,
- Enable or disable the options on the sidebar on the right,
- Create your framework by adding "sections" for a title or questions.
- Define the type of answers expected.
You can view your template at any time by clicking on Template preview.
π Launch your campaign
Your users are listed, your template is ready, now it's time to launch your 1st campaign!
Go to: Reviews or 360 Feedback > Campaigns > New review cycle.
Your campaign will be launched in only 6 steps:
- Choose a title for the campaign,
- Select the participants and the reviewer (manager, HR admins or any specific person):
- automatically,
- manually,
- Select the template,
- Select deadlines for review completion,
- Personalize the emails for starting a campaign,
- Launch the campaign!
Note that your employees will receive a campaign invitation by email as soon as it is launched.

π€ Delegate review management
This feature allows you, as Admin, to change the review responsible (1:1 or 360) during the campaign.
Go to: Reviews or 360 Feedback > Campaigns > Campaign "XX" > Participants > Update responsible.

π Monitor and manage your campaign
Once your campaign has been launched, you can track its progress and manage it at all times.
To do so, click on Reviews or 360 Feedback > Campaigns, then click on the campaign you want to monitor.
You will access your campaign's status, and you will also be able to perform certain actions:
- Add participants,
- Change the dates,
- Send reminders,
- File the campaign,
- ...
You can also export the data by clicking on Export.

π Track training requests
π‘ Note : Training will only be available if your company has subscribed to this product.
If it is activated, all training requests made by managers for their employees are available in Training > Training Plan.
Here you can:
- Create training periods,
- Make training requests,
- Monitor requests (validate and/or refuse),
- Complete additional information for validated requests,
- Export data.
π Request training for your employees
As an Admin, you will be able to make training requests for any employee.
Go to Training > Create request.
Then complete the various fields and submit the application.
π§ Track a People Review campaign
π‘ Note: The People Review product will only appear if your company has subscribed to this feature.
The People Review 2.0 by Elevo is an innovative tool that by relying on several dimensions such as performance or impact, allows you to build the company's HR strategy while reconciling it with the wishes of employees.
As an Admin, you will be able to receive the completed evaluations and challenge the positioning of employees done by he managers so that there is an harmonization within the company. You will benefit from the history of previous People Reviews, past interviews, feedbacks received and training requests made in order to have the maximum context.
