Most Elevo users have a work email address and log in through it. In some cases, employees may not have an email address (e.g., field staff), so we have developed a feature to address this need.
There are several ways to reset your password, click on the one that corresponds to your case:
📥 Employee with an email address
The reset is done in 3 steps:
- 1️⃣ From the login page, click on Forgot your password
- 2️⃣ Enter the email address of the account for which you want to reset the password. If your organization uses multiple email addresses, you will need to make sure you use the one associated with the Elevo profile. If you don't know which email address is attached, contact your HR team.
- 3️⃣ An email containing a link to reset the password is sent within a few minutes to the email you entered. Follow the link in the email and enter the new password twice. If you would like to know more about the rules for defining passwords, we invite you to follow this link.
⚠️ Attention : If you get a message that the reset link is invalid, it is because it has either already been used to reset your password or because there have been multiple requests to reset it. In this case, be sure to use the last link received.
You can then log in to the Sign-in page with the email and the new password.
💡 Note: As long as the password has not been changed using the link sent by email, the old password remains valid.
📮 Employee who does not have an email address
Reset is done in 3 steps:
- 1️⃣ From the login page, click on Forgot your password
- 2️⃣ Enter the username of the account for which you wish to reset the password and validate. If you don't remember this username, contact your HR team.
- 3️⃣ An email indicating that you wish to reset your password is sent to your HR team. They will then send you an access code that will allow you to follow the password creation steps again.
You can then log in to the Sign-in page with the username and the new password.
