π₯ Add participants
You can add participants to an existing review cycle at any time.
To do this, Reviews > Campaigns > "Review cycle X" > Add.
It is also possible from this window to do a mass addition of participants via a csv file : Importing employees in bulk into a campaign.
π Delete participants
You can delete a participant from a running review cycle.
To do this, Reviews > "Campaign X" > Participants > Remove from cycle :
β οΈ Warning : This action is irreversible. Once a participant is removed from a review cycle, their review data cannot be restored. The employee and his/her manager will then be notified by e-mail.

π© How do I import employees into an ongoing campaign?
The file must be in csv format + include an "email" column. If you use a username/userID on Elevo, then this column must also be added to the file.
You therefore have two options:
- Use the User database file available for export from the Users tab on Elevo,
- Use the following template, available in several formats:
- Generic template: Excel, Google Sheets and CSV,
- Specific template for accounts with username: Excel, Google Sheets and CSV.
Importing participants during an ongoing campaign is possible via the campaign management screen.
Go to Campaigns > relevant campaign, then click on "Add" under the number of participants. The import will be performed via the displayed window, and always with the same file template (πΌοΈ What is the import file format?).
