You can export the data of your current review cycle at any time.

To do this Reviews > Campaign > "Review cycle X" > Export :

Details of the columns in the Excel file

• "Previous period objectives": list of all objectives of the previous period for all employees included in the campaign, as well as their evaluation (completion rate, comments etc.),
• "Previous period obj. score": average rate of achievement of the objectives for all the employees included in the campaign,
• "Next period objectives": list of all objectives for the next period for all employees included in the campaign,
• "All questions": answers of the reviewees and the reviewers for all the questions of the review (except for the objectives detailed in the previous tabs),
• "Aggregated ratings": you will find here the aggregated ratings for each answer for the "drop-down list" type questions,
• "Reviews statuses": status of the interview (not started, in progress, shared, signed) for each employee included in the campaign (reviewee and reviewer side).
