This article is intended for administrators.
The 2nd step when you launch a review cycle is the selection of participants: a filter option is available to facilitate this selection.
Here are the steps to follow:
+ Add > Select filter > Select criterion from drop-down menu > Apply > Select participants one by one or click on + Add X results
Example: filter participants with the criterion "Support Team"
Based on the information entered in their profile, participants belonging to the Support team will appear.
You can then select all of them by clicking on +Add all X results or select them one by one by checking the boxes on the right.
⚠️ Warning : It is currently not possible to filter participants by selecting multiple criteria at once
If, however, you want to select participants by taking several criteria into account, you can do so using this method:
Example: select only the managers of the Tech team
- Filter Team > Tech,
- Add the X results,
- Close the filter,
- Filter Status manager > non-manager,
- Remove the X results.
You can use this method for other cases. The idea is to always start by filtering the smallest set, and then filter the opposite of what you want.
