Elevo can connect directly to ADP and synchronize users automatically.
⚠️ Warning : ADP invoices the integration, this cost will be reported on your Elevo invoice.
🧑🏻💻 Setting up the synchronization
- Ask Elevo support to activate ADP integration (support@elevo.io),
- Elevo will send you the information to send to ADP to set up the integration,
- ADP will come back to you with a "Consent Form" so that you authorize the sharing of employee information with Elevo. Once this form is signed, Elevo will be able to activate user synchronisation.
👉 The synchronized information
By default we use ADP's informations as described in the following table to configure a employee's profile. When setting up the synchronisation, we can also assign the ADP fields to the Elevo fields differently.

💡 Please note that it is possible to create custom additional text fields in the employee profiles and synchronize them with other fields available on ADP. Contact Customer Success or Support (support@elevo.io) to find out more.
☝️ Effects on Elevo functionalities
Synchronizing users automatically modifies certain Elevo behaviors and functionalities:
- It is no longer possible to modify the profile attributes of synchronized users from within Elevo,
- Users added to your HRIS are automatically added to Elevo,
- Users deleted from your HRIS will be automatically suspended from Elevo.
