🗺️ How does a review work?
A review takes place in several distinct stages, generally in the following order:
- Launching the campaign ➡️ The reviewee and the reviewer(s) receive an invitation email.
- Preparing for the review ➡️ The reviewee and the reviewer(s) can prepare for the review on their own. The draft remains private.
- Sharing the reviewee's draft ➡️ The reviewer now has access to the reviewee's draft so that he/she can take it into account.
- Face-to-face review ➡️ The reviewee and the reviewer(s) exchange information during the review. Elevo is used as a discussion tool.
- Sharing of comments by the reviewee ➡️ The employee receives an email notification so that he/she can access the preparation of the review.
- Review signature (optional, to be set by your HR team)
🔔 How do I find out about an upcoming review?
When you are selected as a participant in a review cycle, you are notified by email.
You can access the review via the Access Reviews button in the email, or via Reviews > My Reviews > Start self-assessment.
📝 How do I complete my review/self-assessment?
You will then be able to prepare your self-assessment by answering the different questions and completing the objectives (if the option is activated). Your answers are recorded continuously (make sure you are connected to an Internet network).
Access to your review history (Employee panel)
In the employee panel, you'll find the history of your reviews and 360° feedback, so you can access all the information you need to complete your review in just a few clicks:
History tab
- Name and date of your reviews,
- Name and date of your imported reviews,
- Name and date of your 360° feedback,
Training tab
- Name and date of training sessions held,
- Name and date of training sessions planned.
These items are sorted by date, with the most recent at the top.
Once you have completed your preparation, you can share it with your reviewer so that he or she can access its content.
🧑🏽💻 How can I share my answers?
⚠️ Warning : Once shared, you can no longer edit your self-assessment. If you want to make changes, you will need to ask your manager to give you back control by following these steps.
🔓 How can I reopen my self-assessment in order to modify it?
Once your self-assessment has been shared, it is not possible for you to modify it. If you wish to add/modify/change an item or cancel your sharing, you must ask your manager to reopen your self-assessment.
You can send him this article if he doesn't know how :)
Once reopened, you'll be able to edit your review and share it again.
✍🏽 How do I sign my review?
Once your review has been shared by you and your manager, simply write your first and last name in the box provided, as entered on Elevo :
⚠️ Warning: Spelling is important (accents, hyphens...). The slightest difference between first and last names will make it impossible to sign. This error is the cause of most signature blockages.
Signatures made via Elevo have the value of an electronic signature, guaranteeing :
- a reliable process,
- guaranteed identification of the signatory,
- a guarantee of the logical link between the signed document and the identity of the signatory.
🖨️ How do I print/export my review?
A button at the top of your review allows you to download/save/save the review in PDF format and then print it.
👀 Who has access to my answers?
Visibility evolves as the process moves through its stages:
- During the preparation phase, only the employee has visibility to their draft.
- Once the employee has shared, their responses become visible to the main reviewer (and additional reviewer if there is one) as well as the HR team.
- The additional reviewer then shares their answers and makes them visible only to the main reviewer.
- The main reviewer shares his or her answers with the additional reviewer and makes them visible to the employee and the HR team.
