π‘ Setting up a Manager Survey allows your managers to receive feedback from their direct reports on their managerial skills.
π― For what purpose?
- Supporting your junior managers,
- Detecting training needs for managers,
- Developing a management culture in the company.

- Anonymize feedback shared by peers by enabling anonymity of responses (optional),
- Compare the manager's vision VS that of his N-1 by activating the self-evaluation (optional),
- Do not allow participant managers to share feedback in Elevo with participants by enabling the Restricted access to results (optional).
πͺ Setting up
- Create your Feedback 360 template
- Launch your 360Β° Feedback review cycle
- Use the filter option to select only managers as participants,
- Select the direct manager of the participants as the person responsible for the appraisals.
- In order to save valuable time for administrators, it is possible to automatically select and validate all N-1 participants as peers. It is also possible to let the manager add other collaborators as peers if needed.
π Limitations
It is not possible to activate the anonymous results if some of your managers have less than 3 reports.
