When all the peers have shared their feedback for your team member, you can after checking all the feedback, share it with your employee.
Before sharing the feedback, you can also write a final comment, which will then appear at the beginning of the summary for your team member. You will need to go to 360 Feedback > My Team > View > go to the bottom of the page and write your comment.
Access to the review history (Employee panel)
In this section, you'll find the reviewee's review history and 360° feedback, so that with just a few clicks you can access all the information you may need to complete the review:
History tab
- Name and date of the employee's reviews (as well as the IA summary if this has been activated),
- Name and date of the employee's imported reviews,
- Name and date of the employee's 360° feedback (if the product is activated),
- Name, date and associated groups of the employee's people reviews (if the product is activated).
Training tab
- Name, date and duration of training sessions carried out by the employee (if the product is activated),
Name, date and duration of training sessions planned for the employee (if the product is activated).
Professional background tab
- Name of the position, starting date and duration,
- Fixed and variable remuneration ➡️ for authorized users only (global administrator, indirect managers and direct managers if enabled + the concerned employee).
