From the "Team Follow-up" tab
To view your direct reports' training requests, click on Training > Team Follow-up.
Tab "Requests"
You can view the list of training requests for your direct and indirect reports (the default filter is based on your direct reports) and filter the requests according to their status: waiting for approval, approved, refused, all.
The KPIs are updated according to the percentage of requests by status.
⚠️ Warning: By clicking on the request, the manager can only modify the elements of the request if it is "waiting for approval" and not yet associated with a session.
Tab "Sessions"
You can view the list of training requests for your direct and indirect reports associated with validated sessions and filter the requests according to the dates: to come, completed or all.
If items need to be changed, it will be necessary to contact a user with admin rights.
💡Note : Even if the manager has admin rights, only direct and indirect reports will appear in order to have a view that focuses on their managerial role.
From the employee profile
To view an employee's training requests, you can go to their profile via the My Team tab, then click on the Training tab.
Here is the order of display of requests:
- Training requests not yet associated with a planned session (and not refused),
- Training requests associated with a planned session,
- Requests for training refused.
