As an employee, you have a permanent access to the list of training requests made on your behalf. Simply go to your profile then open your Training Request History.
To access your profile, click on your name at the bottom left of the screen.
You can check the approval status of all your training requests and, for the requests that are linked to a session, the dates and the total number of hours scheduled, once the HR department has entered this information.
Here is the order in which your requests are displayed:
- Training requests not yet associated with a scheduled session (and not refused),
- Training requests associated with a planned session,
- Training requests that have been refused.
⚠️ Please be aware that the dates of a training session may not appear although your request has been approved. This means that HR has approved your request but has not yet scheduled the training session. Once the session is scheduled, all the detailed information will appear in the relevant fields.
