This article is intended for administrators.
As an Admin, you can create training requests for all users, whereas a Manager can only create training requests for his direct and indirect team members.
You can make a training request at any time or during the course of a review. We highly recommend that you first initiate a discussion with the employee in order to better qualify his training request and hence process it correctly.
🗒 Create a training request
To create a training request, go to Training in the sidebar menu and click on "Create request",
It is also possible to create a request directly from the Training Plan tab.
To allow the Training Manager to qualify your request, first fill in all the fields and then confirm the request. Please specify why this request is significant for the employee(s) by filling out the field "Additional information about the request".
The training period allows you to choose a year for the training course.
If you create a training request for several employees, several individual requests will be implemented. They can all be viewed via Training > Training Plan.
Once you have created a request, the employee will be notified by e-mail.
💡 Please note that you can also send an invitation on an employee's calendar.
