There are 3 types of questions available for your 1:1 templates:
✍️ Use a "Text" question
With a text question, your employees will be able to answer freely to an open question.
Between two blocks, you'll see the different types of questions you can add. Select "Text".
By default, both the reviewee and the reviewer will be able to answer.
You must select at least one respondent for the question to be visible in your template.

🗒 Use a "Dropdown list" question
With a dropdown list question, your employees will be able to choose an answer from a list of choices you define.

This type of question allows you to :
- create a Likert scale, which you can use to measure opinions, perceptions and behaviours
Example of Notation : Strongly agree 👍 / Yes, rather agree 🙂 / Not strongly agree 🙁 / Not agree at all 👎 - create a numerical scale with a notation from 1 to 5 or using a notation from ⭐️ to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This type of question remains flexible and allows you to set up whatever type of rating you wish.
Between two blocks, you'll see the different types of questions you can add. Select "Multiple Scale".
