This article is intended for administrators.
There are 3 types of questions available for your feedback 360 templates:
- โ๏ธ Use a "Text" question
- ๐ Use a "Dropdown list" question
- ๐ Use a "Multiple Scale" type question
โ๏ธ Use a "Text" question
With a text question, your employees will be able to answer freely to an open question.
Between two blocks, you'll see the different types of questions you can add. Select "Text".
By default, both the reviewee and the peers will be able to answer.
โ ๏ธ Warning: You've the choice to uncheck the "Self-evaluation" option according to your needs. In this case, only peers will be able to answer the question:
If you want to preview your question you can click on "Preview template".
๐ Use a "Dropdown list" question
With a dropdown list question, your employees will be able to choose an answer from a list of choices you define. This type of question is ideal for adding multiple answer options to a question as shown in the example below.
Between two blocks, you'll see the different types of questions you can add. Select "Dropdown list".
By default, both the reviewee and the peers will be able to answer. You will also have the option of setting up the ability to leave a comment in addition.
โ ๏ธ Warning: You've the choice to uncheck the "Self-evaluation" option according to your needs. In this case, only peers will be able to answer the question:
To set up this type of question you will need to enter at least 1 answer choice and you also must select at least one respondent for the question to be visible in your template.

๐ Use a "Multiple Scale" type question
With a Multiple Scale question, your employees will be able to evaluate different criteria on a common scale.
This type of question allows you to :
- create a Likert scale, which you can use to measure opinions, perceptions and behaviours
Example of Notation : Strongly agree ๐ / Yes, rather agree ๐ / Not strongly agree ๐ / Not agree at all ๐ - create a numerical scale with a notation from 1 to 5 or using a notation from โญ๏ธ to โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ
This type of question remains flexible and allows you to set up whatever type of rating you wish.

By default, both the reviewee and the peers will be able to answer. You have the choice to uncheck the self-evaluation in the options on the right block according to your needs.
To create a Multiple Scale question you must :
- Set up between 3 and 8 criteria to be evaluated,
- Set a rating between 3 and 5 degrees of rating, from lowest to highest.
