This article is intended for administrators.
You can independently manage the tags associated with decisions and action plans from the settings in order to create and translate them into the desired languages. This allows you greater autonomy in preparing and launching your People Review campaigns.
Manage tags
Access to the tag management page is done from Elevo in Settings > Tag Management.
Who has access to the tags?
Only users with the rights below can access tag management:
- Across all products: Global Administrator,
- Reviews & Feedback 360: Performance Administrator and Campaigns Responsible,
- People Review: People Review Administrator,
- Training: Training Administrator,
- Compensation: Compensation Administrator.
Create a new tag
- Access tag management from Elevo > Settings > Tag Management.
- Click on "Add a tag".
A modal will open and you will need to complete the following:
- The label, that is to say the name of the tag in its default language.
- The default language among the activated content languages in your space,
- Its type among: Decision, Action plan.
Example below:
To validate the creation of the tag, click on "Add tag".
Edit a tag
Edit a tag not used in an ongoing or past campaign
Click on the menu at the end of the line and then "Edit." You can then make your changes and click on "Edit the tag."
Modify a tag used in an ongoing or past campaign.
Modifying the tag will change the past campaigns using this tag; you must contact your Support (support@elevo.io) for this.
However, you can add additional translations independently.
