This article is intended for administrators.
For some use cases, it is necessary to be able to adjust the visibility of a review. In particular, to launch campaigns (astonishment reports, mood surveys, etc.) with employees without their managers and supervisors having access to them, or to launch campaigns but without the employee in question being able to access them.
👁️ Restrict visibility of manager and supervisors
This option allows you to create moments of exchange in complete privacy between Admins and Employees.
This is set up when creating a new campaign by going to Reviews > Campaigns > New review cycle > 1:1 review.
After adding your participants, you will be able to choose the person in charge of the interview (the reviewer), and then define the visibility of the review.
By default, the finalized review is visible to the reviewee, the reviewer, the manager, supervisors and Admins. However, by unchecking the box "The review will be visible by the manager and supervisors", only the Admins (or the reviewers) and the employee will see the review.
If both boxes are unchecked, only the Admins (or those responsible for the review) in question will have access.
In the last step of the setup, the visibility settings will be shown so that you can verify that this is what you intended before launching the campaign.
🤔 What consequences for managers?
The direct manager and supervisors will not be notified by email, they will not have access to this review, nor will they see this review cycle appear in their team members' profiles.
⚠️ Warning: In the particular case where the person responsible for the evaluation is the employee's direct manager, the visibility limitation only applies to the supervisors.
👀 Restrict employee visibility
This option responds to numerous use cases specific to each organization and makes it possible to create moments of exchange linked to an employee without the employee having knowledge of, or access to it.
This is set up when creating a new campaign by going to Reviews > Campaigns > New review cycle > 1:1 review.

If both boxes are unchecked, only the Admins (or those responsible for the review) in question will have access.
💡 Please note that if you choose to limit the visibility of the employee, you will not be able to choose a template with any of these options: "Self evaluation", "Upcoming Objectives" and "Current Objectives". This is because these options are inherently incompatible with excluding the employee from the process.
🤔 What consequences for the employee?
The employee will not be notified by e-mail, will not have access to this interview campaign nor will he/she see this campaign appear in his/her profile.
⚠️ Warning: This setting is definitive and cannot be changed once the campaign is launched.
