Elevo undertakes to retrieve the customer data in compliance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

This article describes the format and structure of the retrieved data.

☝️ The data export includes several documents:

• Excel files (.xlsx format) for all review campaigns. It's the same export as the one directly available in the application.
• PDF files (.pdf format) for all individual reviews. It is the same export that the one available within the application. Feedback 360 reviews are not provided in pdf format, only in excel format for the entire campaign.
