To ensure that employees do not forget to attend their training sessions, you can send them a calendar invite by e-mail.
- To send an invite when the training request has already been linked to a session, go to the "Training Sessions" tab and click on the relevant session.
- If the request has not been linked to a session, you must start by doing so (refer to the article "Monitor, edit and analyze..."). Once you have linked the request to a session, you will automatically be redirected to the appropriate session.
In both cases, a modal window will appear. Set the the start and end dates, the time slots, and the location of the training course.You are on the "Training plan details" page.
Then access the "Participants" tab and in just one click, send a calendar invite to the relevant employees. The participants' invite status will then change, allowing you to know at a glance that it has been sent.
💡Please note that when you add a participant after other invites have already been sent, an invitation will automatically be sent to the added participant.
⚠️ Please be aware that the start and end dates are mandatory for sending invitations. The button for sending invites will only appear when all the required fields have been filled in. However, the session's location is optional.
💡 Please note that Elevo takes into account all the different time zones (an invitation sent at 4pm CET (France) can be set to 11am EST (New York).
