🇬🇧 [Example 1:1] Annual review (objectives evaluation & definition)
👉 "Classic" annual review template with a majority of open-ended questions to encourage dialogue between the reviewee and the reviewer, but also a few closed-ended questions, in particular on overall performance and personal development, which will allow a mapping on performance x motivation when analyzing the review cycle.
🇬🇧 [Example 1:1] Workload review
👉 Template covering the employee's workload, work organization in the company, work-life balance, as well as the employee's compensation, in accordance with Article L. 3121-46 of the French Labor Code.

👉 Template that meets legal guidelines in terms of topics covered in a professional review (career path, certifications and training, career aspirations).
Several questions with a drop-down menu make it easier to analyze.

👉 Shorter template than an annual review, aiming at reviewing at the end of a quarter or a semester, the employees' objectives, their strengths and areas for improvement, as well as their motivation.

👉 Quarterly or mid-year review template combining close-ended questions with comment areas, making it easy to map performance indicators (execution, objectives achievement, etc.) vs. motivation indicators (recognition, team, work/life balance, intellectual challenge, etc.).

🇬🇧 [Example 1:1] Discovery report
👉 Very useful template to get feedback from your newcomers, a few weeks after their arrival. You can ask questions about the integration, the onboarding process, but also on the points that surprised them, or on the strengths and weaknesses of your product / activity.
🇬🇧 [Example 1:1] Trial period validation
👉 Template encouraging the collaborator and his/her manager to exchange a few months before the end of the trial period. It includes questions about onboarding, potential difficulties encountered, achievements, but also about the embodiment (or not) of company values.
🇬🇧 [Example 1:1] Remote survey
👉 Survey template to find out more about your employees' adaptation to remote work. It covers topics such as well-being, organization, and ensuring that the employee does not feel isolated and frequently exchanges with peers. The objective is also to ask questions about ways to improve this practice.
