The Admin is however responsible for preparing the campaign and particularly for defining the customizable features. Before starting, feel free to read the article about the purpose and objectives of People Review.
In order for our team to customize your settings, we invite you to complete a data file according to the instructions and recommendations within this article.
🖍 What elements of the People Review can be customized?
1️⃣ Questions and descriptions of dimensions
We remind you that reviewers evaluate employees by means of questions which are each linked to one of the following dimensions:
- Future Potential,
- Short-term Evolution,
- Departure Impact,
- Risk of Potential Employee Departure.
The wording of these 6 dimensions is not customizable. Indeed, a dimension is data that will later be used in the application to demonstrate the employee's progress. This is why we need to "lock" the data, to avoid inappropriate and irrelevant behavior from happening in the future.
You may, however, modify the questions that will measure these dimensions, as well as their descriptions, in order to provide further context. Also, it is not necessary to use all the dimensions: you can use only 4, for example.
To do so, go to the data file and then to the "Default Model". All the cells in light blue can be modified.
It is also possible to modify the final comment that appears after validation by the HR team.
2️⃣ People Groups
After having customized the elements for each dimension, you must access the second page of the data file "Default Groups of the People Review" in order to configure the People Groups within the dimensions.

For the reviewer column, you can :
- either use the same information as in the manager column of your user database export,
- or indicate another login if you want to designate a specific person and not the direct manager.
