Elevo platform puts at your disposal a homepage that you can customize to your image👩🏼‍🎤

If you have recently subscribed to our tool, your app will come with the Elevo logo and colors by default. You can keep them or choose to customize.

🆔 Add your logo

To edit the logo, click on the pencil icon in the top right corner of the image. The icon only appears when you drag your mouse inside the logo frame.

Image format recommendations:

1. Square format (dimensions 320 x 320 pixels ideally).
   • If your logo does not have the right dimensions and you have a Mac, consult this article.
   • If you use a PC: open Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder containing the image and then right click on the file in question. Select "Resize images", indicate the recommended dimensions in the "Custom" line and click on "Resize".
2. Accepted formats .png .jpeg or .gif, 5 Mb maximum. If your logo does not have the right format, you can use the "save as" function and select one of the formats listed above.

In the case of a .png file, you will be able to add a background color to match your colors.

This logo will also appear on the navigation bar.

If you remove your logo, it will default back to Elevo's.

🖍 Change the banner

To edit the banner, click on Edit in the top right corner of the banner. The icon appears only when you drag your mouse inside the banner frame.

Recommendations on the format of the banner:

• Rectangular format (dimensions 2384 x 400 pixels ideally).
  • If your banner does not have the right dimensions and you have a Mac, consult this article.
  • If you use a PC: open Windows Explorer, go to the folder containing the image and then right click on the file concerned. Select "Resize images", indicate the recommended dimensions in the "Custom" line and click on "Resize".

📝 Add a personalized message to employees

You can add a welcome message to users by clicking on "write a message" in the rightmost block.

By default, there will be no message shown. If there is no message, employees will not see this block displayed.

This message can be changed according to your news by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner then Edit or Delete.

After reviewing the messages on Elevo and with the input of our HR expertise, we've designed a very simple message template that can be adapted to any organization. We invite you to customize it with your corporate culture/tone of voice and the different products you use on Elevo.
