The salary review of your N-1, N-2, etc. is accessible from the campaign (Compensation > Campaigns) and will be available throughout the year 2026 also in the employee section from each review.

👀 Visibility
It is only visible to users who have rights to the review: the person responsible for the review in question, the hierarchical superior(s) of the evaluated individual, or any administrator with rights over the evaluated individual on this product.
💡 Note: Hierarchical superiors can only access salary reviews when the parameter "The salary review will be visible to the manager and hierarchical superiors" is activated by the HR team during the campaign setup.

Superiors have access to the campaign overview, including the graphs related to the budget and completion.
In the list of participants, they see the same information as the responsible or admins, but they cannot modify anything (increase, status, or comment).

As in the overview, hierarchical superiors can see all the blocks and all the data of the salary review, but they cannot modify anything (increase, status, or comment).
