1️⃣ Edit your review cycle 💡
In the banner at the top of the campaign management page, you can modify certain elements.
- the campaign name,
- the deadlines (Change the deadlines of an ongoing review cycle),
- the participants (Add or remove participants from a current review cycle),
- the associated tags (Adding one or more tags to a campaign).
Change the name of the campaign
Hover your cursor over the campaign name in the banner to access the field and make changes.
Change the deadlines for a current campaign
The deadlines defined at the time of launching a review cycle are not binding in the tool. Even after they are over, the reviews are still accessible.
These dates are used to communicate a deadline to participants for the completion of reviews.
However, you can change and postpone the deadlines of a current review cycle
To do this, Reviews > Campaigns, by clicking on the review cycle in question, you can change the dates (by clicking directly on the date):
💡 Tip : start by changing the reviewer's deadline, as the deadline for the self-assessment cannot exceed the assessment deadline.
Add or remove participants
Instructions for this feature can be found in the dedicated article: Add or remove participants from a current review cycle.
Add or remove tags
Instructions for this feature can be found in the dedicated article: Adding one or more tags to a review campaign.
2️⃣ Track your review cycle 📊
It is possible to follow the progress of your review cycle and to have visibility on the different status of the reviews.
You can also follow other indicators, present below, and use the Filter button to have all this information according to the chosen criterion (department, team, etc.) or define whether you want to see only active or suspended employees.
💡 Please note that by default, the campaign progress is done only on active participants. If you want to include suspended participants, navigate between the filters: "Active / Suspended / All".
3️⃣ Manage your review cycle 🖥
Several options allow you to better manage your review cycle.
Track employees by review status
For a more detailed analysis, employees can be filtered according to their review status:
- "All": all direct reports reviews are displayed,
- "Not started": displays unshared + unstarted reviews,
- "Ongoing": displays unshared + started reviews,
- "Shared": display of shared reviews (and at least one of the two parties has not signed if signature is activated),
- "Signed": display of shared reviews + all parties involved have signed the review.
Send grouped reminders
Send individual reminders
To do this, click on Participants, and select the participant concerned (by clicking on the 3 dots on the right).
You can :
- Remind the reviewer to fill the review,
- Remind the reviewee to fill the review.
Monitor the progress of the review cycle
- Share reviewee's comments on its behalf: will allow the reviewer to share his own,
- Share reviewer's comments: to force the sharing of the reviewer,
- Reopen the self-assessment: in case an employee has shared his comments too quickly and would like to come back to them,
- Delete from the cycle: to remove an employee from the review cycle.
💡 Please note that if you need to modify a current campaign (change the title of the campaign, modify the template...) please contact our Support so we can determine if the change is possible.
4️⃣ Analyze your review cycle data 👀
In the Results tab, you can access analyses of the shared reviews.
💡 Note: If you wish to hide certain answers from a graph, you can click on their label in the legend. This is particularly useful if you wish to exclude participants who did not answer the question.
You will find the Filter button, allowing you to update this data according to the chosen criterion (department, tea,m, etc.).
⚠️ Warning : If multiple templates are used in a review cycle, you will have a per template analysis and can select the template from the drop-down menu that appears.
5️⃣ Export data 📈
You can export the data of your current review cycle at any time.

6️⃣ Archive review cycle 👋
Once your campaign is finished, you can archive it to close it.
⚠️ Warning: If you would rather change the campaign because an error has slipped in, please do not archive the campaign and contact Elevo Support (support@elevo.io). If your campaign contains goals, we ask that you do not restart a new campaign that also contains goals in order to not create inconsistencies in the periods.
How to archive the campaign?
For this, go to Reviews > Campaigns > Campaign "X" > Other actions > Archive campaign :
You can find, as an Admin, all the data of this campaign in Reviews > Campaigns > Archived.
What are the consequences of archiving?
- Participants will no longer receive associated notifications,
- This campaign will therefore no longer appear on the home page of the participants in this campaign,
- However, it will always be possible to complete the review by accessing it from the employee's profile,
- Reviewers for non-shared reviews will no longer be modified by a change of manager (manual or automatic during synchronization).
💡 Note: The reviewee or reviewers will not be informed of the archiving of the campaign. They will still be able to finalize the review if necessary from the employee profile.
